Can I build muscle with 5-6 hours of sleep ?

I'm working out right and eating right. I'm studying dentistry all day long which leaving me with only 5-6 hours of sleep every night but on weekends I sleep 8-9 hours. Can I still build muscle this way?

    Sure. Ideally, more sleep would be better, but just because a person doesn't meet all the "ideal" conditions, doesn't mean they won't see any results (they just probably won't see the best results possible).
