What's a (legal, safe) alternative stimulant to caffeine that's available OTC without a prescription?

    https://stimulants.com/legal-stimulants/ Define "stimulant" -- I mean, you could eat a cup of sugar, and you would be quite jittery.

    Tea, cocoa. Both have xanthines similar to caffeine. Sugar acts as a stimulant to some.

    Screw stimulates.  If you give your body what it needs then you'll feel more energized, and what your body needs is proper sleep, water, and nutrition.  But if you're so desperate for a wake up, then consider MCT oil.  It's absolutely safe and has no flavor, so you can mix it with whatever you like.  It's basically just fat that your body will not retain, so it's either entirely urine or energy.  I enjoy two tbls of it in my protein shake towards lunch.
