Yes they do exist.  One such is Coral Creek (FA54) in Placida, in Southwest Florida.  It is owned by a Limited Liability Partnership in Montana.  It has a 6000 foot asphalt runway, suitable for small business jets.

Actor John Travolta, an accomplished pilot, lives just off another private airstrip in Ocala, Florida called Jambolair (17FL.)  He has a taxiway from the runway right into his back yard.

A few farmers and some ''experimental'' aircraft builders have a private strip here on a farmer's property.

They have a couple of hangers and I believe they have radio activated landing lights. The ONLY runway is grass but I've seen a small business jet in there. I didn't know they could land on grass.

Sure the can. Pilatus PC-24 jet was designed specifically to be able to land on grass and dirt runways. If you watch the Crocodile Dundee 2 movie you can see a Cessna Citation land on the dirt runway too.
