Coronavirus is coming to the US and it will likely be unstoppable. Perhaps half of the nation will get it and perhaps 2% of the sick people die from it, so we may have 3 or 4 million deaths.

Corona virus is NOTHING, compared to the Spanish Flu  pandemic of 1918. Spanish Flu . infected an estimated 500 million people worldwide (about 1/3 of the planet’s population) & killed an estimated 20 million to 50 million victims, including 675,000 Americans.

Yes indeed. And it will get much worse before it gets any better. 'Better' meaning 'no longer a threat'.

Very much so. It just reinforces what Jesus said in Matthew about signs that indicate the end of this system of things. In response to his disciples’ question: “What will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?” Jesus answered: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another pestilences and food shortages.” (Matthew 24:3; Luke 21:10, 11)

The features are also a reason for rejoicing, for Luke adds Jesus’ words: “But as these things start to occur, raise yourselves erect and lift your heads up, because your deliverance is getting near.”—Luke 21:28.
