Good or bad?
I'm new to this so please understand my confusion.
I've recently gave handgrips ago to help my left out and I've been doing it a lot, but I've started feeling this kind of pressure just below my left elbow when doing it and it starts getting a bit more pressuried if I continue with the handgrip.
I'm not sure if pressure is the right word but hope someone gets what I mean.

You injured your forearm. Probably pulled or over strained something. Stop what you are doing and rest for at least 1 week. Then instead of using the handgrip, get a tennis ball or a handball and squeeze that lightly and see if the sensation returns. If so, rest another week and try, again. If it has not healed, see a doctor.
