Do you agree Nikola Tesla is the greatest scientist in the world since many his inventions are still top classified?

There are some classified technologies, but not many. You can not enter a specific room in some building, somewhere in Europe where four to five trunks are where his collected ideas lay. Completely off limits. Rather or not he was the greatest scientist is debatable. I admire him the most, and place him up there with Einstein. When Einstein was asked "what is it like to be the greatest scientists of the time," Al replied, "Ask Tesla."

He's certainly is amongst the greatest scientists. However most of his inventions were stolen by others who took both credit and profit, not classified

He is one of the greats but you are misguided on the classified nature of his inventions.
