How do I stop hating my body?

I'm a 21 year old male. I'm 5'6" tall and weigh around 167-168 pounds. That means I am short and fat. I also have a 39 inch waist. I feel so inferior around taller people and also I don't have a good body. I can't run fast for a longer time and get tired easily.

    Just try cutting a few hundred calories out each day.  Doing that alone helped flatten my stomach a bit.  I'm just about your height and like 50 pounds heavier and can fit into a 39 waist so you likely have a lot of bloating but not necessarily fat around there.  Also, drinking a ton of water helps flatten my stomach more.

    Work out at home or at the gym if you have the cash.
