Figure about 8 1/3 pounds per gallon of water, plus the weight of the tank empty, plus the weight of any equipment and decorations, less the weight of the displaced water from them, plus the weight of the fish.
If you are wondering if the floor can handle the weight, it can.
My 75 gallon tank is around 800 pounds with stand and hood and the floor handles it just fine.

each gallon of water weighs 8.34lbs

including all the decorations and gravel, it would average around 10-12 pounds per gallon. so 200-240lbs.

A gallon of water is about 8⅓ pounds, so 166 pounds plus whatever the fish tank weighs empty, probably somewhere between 5 and 10 pounds, so about 175 pounds, give or take. Now if there are rocks in there, it's going to weigh more because rocks are heavier than the water they replace, but how much more will depend on how heavy one of those rocks is and how many rocks you've put in.

167 pounds (if it were totally full) + whatever the glass weighs

One gallon of water weighs 8.34 lbs, so 20 gallons would be 166.8 lbs. Of course I've got no clue what the tank its self weighs.

Well, a gallon of water weighs 8.34 gallons. so if it were full that would be 166.8 gallons for just the water. If you had gravel taking up about a gallon that would add additional weight. Then there is the weight of the glass and plastic itself. Roughly, the answer will be about 200 pounds.
