Does anyone know if/where I can rent a small airplane (Cessna 172/182) in Brazil? ?

    Smaller airports might have flying clubs or firms that rent their planes.

    UNLESS YOU HOLD A BRAZILIAN PILOTS LICENSE, YOU CANNOT LEGALLY RENT A BRAZILIAN-REGISTERED AIRPLANE. If you have a foreign license you can only hire one with an instructor or charter pilot. Many cities in Brazil have FBO's and flight schools. If you're too clueless to know how to find them you have no business being in an airplane in the first place.
