    I assume you mean Worcestershire sauce,  there is nothing like how you spell it.  It sounds like wooster sher with a slight r in there (but only because Bostonians butcher the language).  Remember, is it the same people who say splendor as splenda.  Warster sher is pretty close.

    The pronunciation of yours would be warsher sterty she eereh.

    How do I pronouce it?  As in personally?

    "Whatsthisheresauce"

    When in high school a friend grabbed a bottle and said "What this here?  Sauce?... I replied "exactly."

    Been calling it that ever since.

    The correct pronunciation of Worcestershire is "WOOST-a-sheer."  I have no idea how you would pronounce the word you used in your question. :D
