what kind of moral dilemmas do journalists face?

    Not sure journalists know what moral means.

    Every word they write or speak, even if true, needs to be carefully balanced such that it isn't misconstrued or used to promote bias.  Not only do they have to have factual information but they have to present it in an unbiased way (even facts can be used to support bias when used selectively or with certain emphasis).  There are further issues of professionalism and protecting sources.  Sometimes people's health, safety, or financial interests are at stake, simply based on what they say.  And that can be tricky even if they are telling a well researched fact, which isn't always the case.
