The global warming troll says "NOAA chart shows hurricanes aren't increasing" and then posts a chart about tornadoes--can he read?

Update:

One of the troll's sock puppets says "It's called a mistake. Maybe you heard of it."  Yes, I have, you make them in virtually every thing you post on here, then you block people that might correct you. That's your way of remaining willfully ignorant.

    Even better:

He posts a claim from a paper that he says disproves something about Climate Change.  When not only is the paper not about what he says it is ("extratropical cyclones" =/= "hurricanes"), the abstract he pasted from it explicitly says the effect noted is exactly what was predicted.

And he left in the bit that says it was.

Though he did remove the title of the paper, that also showed it was projected.

Since he didn't include a link, or even cite it properly, the actual paper is linked below.

    Hurricanes are decreasing.

What is your knowledge seeking question?

He probably just read a headline somewhere and took it as the truth.
