Is a breast augmentation dangerous?Should a woman do this?

    If the size bothers you, i recommend investing in a good plastic surgeon rather than getting a cheap job

    Any operation is potentially dangerous. Also in most cases breast augmentation is totally unnecessary as there is nothing wrong with having small breasts. Men still love them.

    as a guy I say please don't

    I see many young ladies get them when too young and they get them too big

    and big surprise many guys like them smaller

    really most of you ladies look fine without getting them bigger

      As a woman I don't give a **** what you think about breast augmentations. I'm not doing it for men.

    You lose nipple sensation and risk anti-immune diseases (your body attacks them as foreign tissue). They also have to be replaced every 10 years and IMO they look awful and fake 90% of the time.

    All surgery has some risks. The vast majority of women will survive it, but some tiny fraction will die and some larger (but still small) fraction will be made ill by it.

    It's her body to do what she likes with.
