Let R = rough allele, and r = smooth allele, and S = straight and s = whatever its alternative is, say bent.

Female = Rr Ss and male = rr Ss

The female form four gamestes RS, Rs, rS, and rs in equal amounts. The male will only form two kinds of gametes: rS and rs

    Offspring:

    Genotypes -- Phenotypes

    RrSS--Rough Straight

    RrSs-- Rough Straight

    RrSs--Rough Straight

    Rrss -- Rough bent

    rrSS -- smooth Straight

    rrSs -- smooth Straight

    rrSs -- smooth Straight

    rrss -- smooth bent
