Moving out in 1 week and 2 days and still havent told landlord do I still have to pay next month rent she never answers her phone.?

You have to pay rent period. Unless your lease expired and gave notice of moving out. Landlord isn't obligated to answer your phone calls. If you want to get a hold of a landlord sent a certified letter through the mail.

Yes you do. A notice over the phone is not sufficient anyway. You have to give notice in writing.

You legally owe up until the time a replacement tenant can be found. You have no legal grounds for breaking the lease.

Then you write a letter, leave a note, attempt to contact her with mail, or email, or some other way. There isn't any excuse for you not telling your landlord you were planning to move. You're going to owe whatever is left on your lease if you move out and break it. I'm sure you'll be contacted when she doesn't receive the next rent check from you--but by then, it's your fault, not hers.

You need to give a months notice in writing so of course you need to give notice and pay next months rent

It is not illegal to not answer your phone. It is her choice. Of course you owe next month's rent. And if you do not give proper notice today (by the 30th), then you not only owe for April, you will owe for May too. Yes. You haven't given proper notice that you are vacating.
If you are in the middle of a fixed term lease, you owe more than just April's rent. You owe rent until your landlord re-rents the unit or your lease expires.

Probably. You're supposed to tell them a month in advance.

Check your lease for the time you're supposed to allow for notification, and since you can't get hold of her on the phone, do so in writing.
