When did the term 'racist' come to prominence in England, to be used against English people?

    In the last 10 years or so from Left wing Progressives. It was pushed by the gender studies and marxist professors in Uni's to their students, when they changed the definition of racism. To them racism is : Privilege + Power = Racism. Which of course is NOT true.

    In reality the people are progressive left are racist themselves. Whatever they accuse you of is generally what they are doing.
