Die of laughter or die from laughter?
I wanna talk about a movie and say it will make you die of / from laughter. Which is correct?

strictly speaking, the death will be FROM laughter, but lots of folks would say "of laughter", so I would say that you have a choice and it won't much matter.

Both are correct, but in your phrase, I'd use "of".

It will make you die from laughter. Just put anything else in place of "laughter". i.e. Dying FROM cancer, dying FROM a stab wound, dying FROM a gunshot to the head, dying FROM a heart attack, dying FROM a seizure, etc.

Both are right.
