He is  not and has nothing to do with the British royals.

You are either confusing  British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, also not a royal, with the former Russian president, or you are purposefully trolling.

To be a monarch in the UK, one has to be a legitimate scion of Stuart family ancestor Sophia of Hanover.

The current line up is the monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, her heirs, Charles, Prince of Wales, William, George, Charlotte, Louis, Andrew, Beatrice, Eugenie, Edward, James, Louise, Anne, Peter Phillips.....

You missed out Harry who hasn't - yet - been demoted from his position behind William's children.

Yeltsin is no more. He has ceased to be. He has expired and gone to meet his maker,  kicked the bucket, shuffled off this mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. Yeltsin is an ex- Soviet Premier and nothing to do with England.

Because you can’t be the king of England and former Tsar of Russia at the same time.  Especially when you’ve been dead for 13 years

@Rico: Yeltsin was never a former Tsar of Russia. He was the 1st President  of Russia. In 1881, the last Tsar of Russia and his entire family were assassinated.

There is no King on the throne of England.

Yes, Boris Yeltsin would have been a good replacement for Prince Charles but, sadly, he has  long since passed away.

Cause of death: Heart failureDate of death: 23 April 2007Place of death: Central Clinical Hospital, Moscow, Russia
