Does the George the rock spider Pell case being quashed by the high court mean that it has now become legal precedent?

Will children in Australia now be fair game by the much protected Australian pedophile, seeing burden of proof has now become unattainable.

Update:

@Inquizetif you keep the protection going, good on you.

As an ex roman catholic I'm disgusted in the church and the high court, owned by pedophiles!

A doctrine of precedent is now in place that if your rich and important enough you can molest and rape all the children you like. Screw what any jury says take it to the high court and your free.

What a sick country we are allowing a rockspider to continue to ruin lives

The precedent is that one witness , decades later , no proof , no matter how credible , unsupported and even questionable, is not enough.

What a crock!  The Australian High Court provides essential oversight to what seems to be a flawed justice system in Victoria.  When you look at the evidence, Pell's case should never have got past the committal phase.

A man was afforded reasonable doubt by the blind scales of justice.

Of course not. It means that juries cannot just ignore evidence that supports the defence's claims and then say that said evidence did not produce any reasonable doubt. Maybe you missed the unanimous ruling, no dissent, 7 - 0.

Plus 2 Appeal Court Judges also accepted the " credibility "of the complainant overruled any reasonable doubt.
