Why don’t reports say what hospital the covid 19 patients are admitted? ?
I live in Alaska and our local news don’t include where the patients are admitted or what hospital they died in? Is this the same with other states? Why are they keeping it from the public? Even news articles don’t include the hospital on their reports. Everyone has the rights to know about the hospitals they’re admitted.
The only thing you’ll see on the report is something like “One Alaskan resident died from covid 19” but they won’t say what hospital that person was admitted.
And also I don’t get why they want it to keep confidential

When you get to 2000 deaths a day, it would make reporting rather lengthy.

Why do you need to know?

They are trying to scare us mostly. It sounds worse if they say the total number than if they break it down and no one is in your town....which is probably the case.
