If your house is nearer to the rail tracks that it rumbles and shakes when a train goes by does it mean you are low poverty class citizens?

I think this is true.

Not necessarily, railways don't just pass through the ghettos of large cities, but alongside plush countryside as well.

I selected my house which has a train track about 18’ from my property line because I didn’t want anyone to spoil my view from the back of my house.
