    Weeks after birth.

Babies not breast fed must consume formula and most US formulas are RIFE with fructose/sugar, and fructose consumed regularly leads to the buildup of reactive oxygen species (ROS).

With sporadic consumption, the liver can clear the ROS toxins, but with regular feeding, the ROS buildup keeps building, causing liver inflammation, causing liver dysfunction that in many translates to cardiovascular dysfunction AKA heart disease.

    I cut it short.

  • Inject bleach, per Dementia Donnie, & expect it to start immediately.

Physical cardiovascular issues can begin as soon as heart is allowed to work on its own, like defective growth (only growing half of the heart for example).

There is such a broad selection of heart diseases that it can easily vary by decades.

In last 20 years a cardiac episodes became much more common in 30 years olds (as opposed to previously being nigh on entirely elderly citizen domain). That is something developed during lifetime of patient.
