They say that a lot of jobs won't be regained due to the economic downturn caused by the virus. What happens to these jobs?

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question

people won't go to the movies, concerts, restaurant etc anymore. The place would become clinics or hospitals or mask production facilities etc.

Jobs go away all the time. The employees who have been working in those positions and who are no longer employed go find other jobs In the short run that could mean they don't have a job (maybe on unemployment) or they have a not so ideal job. Individuals who are very good at what they do and have skills difficult to get rarely rarely have an issue finding another job.
