Is my cats teeth okay?

my cat has crooked teeth, and what seems to be an extra tooth? 3 of his teeth make a triangle shape. He has always been curious about everything,  so maybe he teethed on something that deformed his teeth growth, but I'm also concerned, sometimes it looks like its bleeding on that side of the mouth.

Your cat has a retained deciduous tooth (a baby tooth that didn't fall out when the adult tooth came in).  The vet will probably extract it the next time your pet is under anesthesia.

    How old is your cat?

ETA:   It's too bad it wasn't extracted when he was neutered, but it would make sense if he was neutered at a pretty young age.   Don't worry about it.  It's not an emergency.   Just ask the vet about it the next time you're there.
