Use the type that the manufacturer recommends. READ the owner's manual that came with the car. It will tell you what kind of fluids you should use to service your engine.

Use 'universal' antifreeze at 50:50 mix with water.

The vehicle came OEM with 50/50% ethylene glycol, typically green or yellow in color. If it looks peach or pink, someone has changed it to Dex-Cool (pink) or that universal (peach color) RV crap they sell. Look in the pressure recovery tank and see what it has in it, then use the same type coolant. It should have the green ethylene glycol from the factory but people sometimes use a different type coolant after a full cooling system flush out.

What is recommended in your owner's guide or whatever the dealership or your repair shop recommends or what is available at an autoparts store or from a Google search.
