Just as with people and large mammals, it depends on the force of the bolt, the directness of the strike, the extent to which the animal was grounded, and other factors.

No, it would go back to Monster Island to recuperate, and after re-gaining its strength and its newfound ability to shoot lighting bolts, would go on to destroy Tokyo.

Technically not true.  Dinosaurs all had their legs go straight down from their bodies.

Dinosaurs cannot be struck by lightning because they have all been extinct for 66 million years.  Or haven't you heard?

Yes it would. The amount of electrical energy involved is just too much for an animal's body, especially the heart, to endure.

"is struck" means in the present tense, as in "now".

SO bring me one and I'll run some tests!

maybe yes, maybe no.  Humans struck by lightning have some chance of survival, same would be true of dinos, specially the larger ones.

Yes, large size won't stop thousands of amps from frying your nervous system and cooking you.

Why not since it's hide is made a skin, which is not a conductor of electricity. LOL
