"Does feminism promote sexist double standards...?"

Absolutely.  This is what modern feminism has become.

Mainly it is based off of the fact that the original, simple equality they asked for ... equal Rights and full emancipation / agency, is no  longer good enough for the feminists of today.

Everything after first wave feminism is radical feminism becasue it is not based on the simple equality of equal Rights.  The feminism we are living under today is radical feminism which has become mainstreamed.

Nearly all of the double standards began at the second wave.  If you pay close attention, you will notice that most feminist double standards revolve around gaining the benefits of both the EQUALITY system (equal Rights) as well as the TRADITIONAL system (the one they told us was "oppressive" to women).

There are so many examples, but I will use the Western, first world "rape culture" one.

Feminism demands that women be given full agency to do whatever they want, dress however they want, act in any way they choose, even irresponsibly, like going out alone, drinking with strangers and flaunting their sexuality.  But then, if she get into trouble with some drunken man who she was acting irresponsibly with, suddenly we (the men in society) are deemed collectively guilty for the results of her bad choices that we never had any control over to begin with.

Feminists expect that this woman be given all the freedoms to make her own bad choices (equality), but then if she gets into trouble by her own actions, that it is men's collective responsibility (traditionalism).

Today, feminists deride men for not being able to provide a society where no single man would ever rape a woman (traditional  female privilege), even though that condition would require men's control over women (traditional man's right to control women).  This is what feminists call a "rape culture".

There is so much of these types of double standards going on as "feminism" today, that it's become laughable what they expect from society.

There are enough self-proclaimed feminists who justify double standards for men that people generally understand what you’re referring to when you mention it.
