Can you eat pizza 2 times a week and still be healthy?

I think that depends on how many calories you take in from it. If you eat too much of anything you gain weight if you eat less you lose weight. So if you wanna keep from gaining weight i would cut it down to once every other week twice a week is a lot for pizza being that it's really high in calories and how many calories it will have will depend on where you get it from and how many ingredients it has.

How much pizza do you have in mind? One slice of thin crust plain pizza (with no additions) has about 200 calories. You can eat 2 slices for lunch and 3 for dinner every day. You won't be getting all the nutrients you need so, no, you won't be healthy. However, you can certainly do it twice a week.

Make it whole wheat crust and not corn-fed animal products and the sauce have no added sugars, absolutely yes!
