Can you see veins in a fertile bird egg when it’s freshly laid?
Or do they show up after a few days? I can see the yolk (?) when I use the flashlight and the air sac but no veins but the egg is also only a few days old. I’ve heard different things and not sure what to think.

No, the egg starts to develop when the birds sit on them . In a chicken egg you can open the egg and see a heart beat in four days but very little other development .
