    You can use any of your B&W or color images, or those that you own the copyrights to, or those that you've received expressed written permission to use by the copyright holder, or those that have a creative commons license.

    Take any image you want color or B&W.  If it's color, simply run it through a photo-editing program and convert to B&W.

    Which specific images of yours you use will be determined by the narrative of your artwork.  What are you trying to say with the piece?  You don't state your intended narrative, so how is anyone supposed to provide meaningful answers?
