Fraud forgery military?

If someone forged faked military permanent change of station papers to get out of a contract with ADT. How can one be held accountable If one does what will happen? The person is still in the Air Force.?

If the forged orders come to the attention of the Air Force, time behind bars is likely IN ADDITION to any liability to ADT, which the Air Force WILL collect.

That’s fraud and forgery.  Both are felonies and when the AF gets done with you( to include time in the brig) they will turn you over to the civilian authorities who can prosecute you as well

If ADT figures it out by inquiry to the military, it is fraud. ADT could also do it by sending a letter to a home address with signature required after the date of transfer. It probably would not be criminal, but the person could be sued for money as breach of contract.

      Forgery is absolutely criminal.
