Is it wrong to have sex with your half sister’s half brother?

If your half-sister's half-brother is YOUR brother, or at least your half-brother born to a parent you shared with both the half-brother and the half-sister, yes.
But it's also possible that you are totally unrelated. For example, you and your half-sister share a parent. However, she could also share a parent with someone else, and that common parent would not be YOUR parent.
Suppose you and she have the same father. He was, say, married to her mother first and then to your mother. But her mother could have been married to someone else before or after marrying your mutual father, and a boy born to that marriage would be your half-sister's half-brother but totally unrelated to YOU.
It would be fine for you to have sex with him.
