How can I get the metabolism that can handle eating junk food and still be a healthy weight?

I can’t even do 10 burpees or 10 pushups and I can’t even do 1 pull up but other people my age can do way better and still eat junk food. I am 17.

    A McDonald's meal could be 1400 Calories or more.  If you eat three meals a day and snacks, you could be eating 3000 or more Calories in one day.  Just eating 100 Calories more than you need per day can add 10 lbs per year to your weight.
