Is one energy drink bad for you?

Like what does one do to your body?

"Energy drinks" are nothing more than water, sugar, caffeine and maybe artificial ingredients.  Yes, they are bad for you.  Kids have been known to have heart attacks from drinking too much.  If you really need an energy drink, maybe you should be honest with yourself, and find out what's causing you to be tired.

For starters they dump a huge amount of caffeine and chemicals into your system, and if your body isn't used to large jolts of caffeine, it can mess with your heart rate. They are poison. Leave them alone.

In long term, there are a number of health risks associated with energy drinks, including:

    Caffeine intoxication.

    Caffeine withdrawal symptoms, including headaches.

Caffeine overdose, which can be life-threatening.

    Cardiovascular problems.

    Raised blood pressure.

    Obesity.

    Sleep disorders.

    Calcium deficiency.

However, the good thing is it has a good amount vitamin B: improves mood and can fight cancer and heart. disease. but its better not to drink it often. Regards
