for me it;s normal. i live in a house but we keep the door open and the street outside is very busy on a daily basis. got people driving by, waiting in line for the light to turn green, people walking pass. some look inside and see me almost naked lmfao i only wearing boxers.

i work as a cook too lots of people do this to us. they walk by the kitchen door/take out counters peek into the kitchen and then wave at us and then leave. this is why you always should keep your kitchens clean. i worked at some restaurants their kitchens were damn filthy.

i dont like in apartment never have but when we work in them i watch people in the other buildings.

Yes. They might even throw something in your direction and if you're lucky, it could be food.

If you are on foot and can get very close to the window it might be normal (?)
