Is this an evaporation line?

    Not if it came up immediately.  That is a negative result.  The horizontal line isn't relevant other than to indicate "negative."  What you want to see is a vertical line that is the same color and width as the blue one on the right.  You don't have that.

    Really the only thing you can do is test again in a day or two.  If your period is at least a week late and you had unprotected sex during your ovulation window, you have a good chance of being pregnant.  The HCG hormone increasing daily during the first couple weeks after conception.  A faint line today could be a clear/strong line on Monday.  If your period doesn't arrive, take a test on Monday morning.  If it is still negative, test again on Wednesday if your period hasn't arrived.  

    Always follow package directions for the brand of test you select.

    Did it show up after the time specified to read the test in the instructions?  then it's an evap line.
