Can two gay men have kids?
Can sperm of two gay men combine and create an embryo so gay men can have biological kids together?

Yes, if one was previously a woman.

No, it's not possible for two gay men to create an embryo, because it takes an egg and a sperm cell for that.
It may be possible in the future to somehow combine the DNA of two sperm cells. However, for now, the only way that two gay men who are a couple is via adoption (which I personally am 100% fully in support of).

It would only work artificially take genes from both sperm combine them and must put them back n an egg that has genes removed that could be possible now

Well as others have said you need a sperm and an egg, but maybe one day in the distant future it may be possible to somehow combine the sperm of two men into one unique sperm. Maybe maybe not. But at this point in time it is science fiction.

You can combine sperm from a million men and a baby will never be the result. The only way that happens is if sperm fertilizes an OVUM--a female egg. Male sperm only contains half the DNA needed to produce a baby. The other half comes from a woman's egg.

No. Two problems with that:
1. The developing embryo needs the cytoplasmic constituents from an ovum for its cleavage divisions. An ovum has a lot of cytosol. A sperm doesn't.
2. Genomic imprinting. DNA from a sperm is epigenetically marked differently from the epigenetic marking of an ovum. The embryo needs both parents in order to develop.
Stay tuned. People are working on this.

How deep do you want the answer to go?
Natural fertilization requires an egg and a sperm. It may at some future time be possible to substitute the DNA in either an egg or a sperm with the DNA from a donor, which could make it possible for two men (or two women) to be the genetic parents of a child.
*That it may be possible does not mean that it would be easy!

Well of course dear. How do you think you were born.

2. Not presently.
