Can teachers/professors see students' entire body (up to the student's whole room) in Zoom?

I know that they can see students' screens but up to how much can they see their students? Because on the screen, only up to the chest can be seen by students from their view. Can teachers/professors see students' entire body (up to the student's whole room/whole surrounding) in Zoom?

Hi, the professors can see part of the room. So it is good for your laptop to face the blank wall so that the teachers see less of your room. You can check the zoom app camera to see how much of your face and your shirt the professors are seeing. So please dress up and dress modestly. This may sound old fashion but nowadays in my country a law professor had intercourse with his student.Times have changed.

Depends on your camera but yes, they can almost certainly see more than your face.

Anyone on Zoom can see exactly what others can see of them and where they are because it is displayed among the frames, albeit a mirror image so as to not be overly distracting. You clearly haven't ever been on Zoom.
