Can one magnetic field change another magnetic field ?

    It can add or subtract. Other than they can bend each other's filed line. They can reduce or increase other magnetic field strength like electric field..

    No they don't change each other.  Fields pass through each other.  At any point where the fields intersect then the resultant is the vector sum of the two individual fields at that point.
