Generally when you hear "the X were all Jews" it's almost certainly anti-semitic, unless X stands in for something like "Rabbis" or "Jews".

So the answer is absolutely not.  There were some Jews who were slave traders, just like there were Jews in pretty much any other profession they weren't excluded from by law (remember that during much of the slave trade Jews faced legal restrictions on their activity in many European countries).  But Jews were not a disproportionate part of the ranks of slave traders, let alone "all" of them.  Most slave traders in the Atlantic Slave Trade were Christians, some of them devoutly so.  In countries like Spain, where Jews faced official persecution, almost all of the traders would have been Christians.
