How does powdered spice compare to fresh peppers?

Where would ghost pepper powder land on the scoville scale compared to fresh ghost pepper?

The powdered variety probably has additional additives that cool it off a bit-so to speak.

Theoretically, they should be about the same depending on if there's anything else in the powder

Well I had some corn chips that they claimed were very hot they had ghost pepper powder on them. I ate a few of them and I managed to eat them but then about an hour later my stomach started jumping around and pretty soon I was on the toilet. Now I once tasted ghost pepper concentrate on a toothpick. I don't ever want to do it again fresh ghost pepper it's so hot that it's not a very pleasant experience. Powder is about 25% as hot as fresh juice and oil
