Why is my healed navel piercing jewelry moving?

I got my navel pierced almost nine years ago. These past few days, the jewelry has been twisting sideways and I'm not sure why. I have no pain and there's no redness in the area. Why is this happening?

Its the combination of the clothing you are wearing and the movements you are doing that makes the jewelry move.  It could also be the kind of jewelry itself.  I've had my belly button pierced for more than 10 years, and if I wear jewelry with large dangley pieces it gets turned around, and can spin all the way around in my piercing if I ignore it.  Its just how the large decorations make the jewelry move when my body moves.

Unless this is causing you pain, it isn't anything to worry about.
