Some Jews speak HEBREW.  There is NO language called "Jewish," although there is a language called "Yiddish" that about a half-million Jews speak (mostly in eastern Europe and some ultra-Orthodox communities).

The Hebrew language is much older than the Arabic language.

Turkey is also in the Middle East and they don't speak Arabic.

France is in Europe and they don't speak German which is also in Europe.

Ask the Turks that question.  Or the Iranians.

Why do you think they can't? I'm sure many of them do. Arabic is not the only language of the region.

Many do, if they were in the Middle East.  When they dispersed to Germany, they spoke Yiddish (high German), and they spoke Russian in Russia.  When they moved to Hungary, someone gave them gefilte fish (they weren't hungary anymore).

      Yiddish is NOT "High German".

Most Jews have a small amount of Middle eastern ancestry. That’s why most of them look super white

Not everyone from the Middle East speaks Arabic. Your question is ignorant.
