How should I partition my SSD and HDD for Dual Booting Windows 10 and Linux Ubuntu?
I'm wanting to have both installed but i'm unsure of how I should do it, I am mainly using this laptop for gaming and general use. I have a 250GB M.2 SSD and a 1TB HDD what would be the best way to partition this.
I've already created a Windows 10 Recovery USB and a Linux Ubuntu Install USB

Depends if you want Linux to run off the SSD or not. So, you could leave the SSD alone as WIndows, and install Linux on a partition on the HDD. The rest of the HDD could be used for Windows files.
By making the boot partition of the HDD hold Linux, you then have the option of changing boot drives via the BIOS directly, and removing any one drive does not affect the other operating system.

On the SSD, 200GB for win and 50GB for Linux. Use the HDD for your files.
