Is There A Way To Download And Play Shutdown F2P Games Offline With No Server?

There's a game called Arctic Combat and I really liked playing it, unfortunately the game is shutdown. The game has bots, my question is, is there a way to download the game and play it offline with bots? Is there a way to trick the game to think that's it's connected to a server while its offline?
