Sex in a private pool where neighborhood children can see?

My neighbors swim naked and have sex pool side where my 14 year old daughter can see them.  They don't do it when I am home.   When asked them to refrain they say it's on their property and they can do what they want.  Is this true???  I live in Georgia

Put up a cam on your property and stream it with their address on it.. IF your cam is not looking over a privacy fence and they can be seen in the background like in public view there is nothing they can do to you about it.. or BEAT YOUR DAUGHTER FOR WATCHING THEM..

Tell the girl not to look at them. Simple.

Invite a large group of people over, throw a spotlight on the neighbors, start a video recorder with a large camera and stand there laughing loudly.

    They'll stop.

Please write this in a form of a question. It is quite legal, but why is your daughter specifically looking at them?

threaten them that the next time they do it you will video them/record them and put the video up on the internet for everyone to see and you will also send copies to their family, bosses, co-workers and friends

Why dont you teach your 14 yr old to just not look?   They arr on private property, she certainly is old enough to know whats going on and be able to look elsewhere

The swim naked part maybe, the sex where others can see part, no.

It's public indecency.  Your daughter can call the Police.  You can call the Police.  You can pretend to leave, sneak back, get a video.  Your daughter can video them.

No. Many states only require the nudity or lewd caressing of self or others be visible from a public place. Georgia is not one of those states. Georgia statute stipulates:

"A person commits the offense of public indecency when he or she performs any of the following acts IN A PUBLIC PLACE..." (§ 16-6-8 Public Indecency)

If they are on private property, they cannot be prosecuted, not under state law. You might check with your own municipality, though. Local laws vary from place to place and there may be some local law, like a city ordinance, that prohibits it.

By the way, the reason the language in Georgia's law isn't like so many other states is that language has been repeatedly shot down because of an apparent affinity good ol' boys in the legislature have had for skinny dipping and not wanting to outlaw skinny dipping on private property, a favorite Georgia pastime, at least of times past anyway. That means that the law as written has been specifically tailored to protect your neighbors' right to swim naked in their pool.

The laws are not the same everywhere. In most places what you describe would be a violation of the law, but you have to say where you live.
