if melatonin doesn't work for me, does that mean my insomnia is not caused by anxiety or depression?

could I have a brain tumor, brain lesions, some other disease like MS or sporadic fatal insomnia?

melatonin is not a prescription drug and some people find it too mild and may not help insomnia well.

You may see an alternative health doctor or a GP.

or google for ways to fall asleep or relax naturally.

no-it doesn't mean that--considering the rest of your question, I'd say you definitely have anxiety.
