Does anyone have a SIMPLE recipe for Alaska Pollock Fillet?

nothing that requires french champagne, or a rotisserie oven, or even honey mustard. We do not have any of those things.

We have a bag of frozen fish fillets that we got from a food bank, a turkey cooker that works most of the time. and a new-wave cooker, with only a small hole in it.

Do you have garlic or garlic powder?  Butter?  Lemon or lemon juice? Any of these go nicely with fish, wrapped up tightly in foil so they don't dry out, baked in the oven or some oven-like cooker.

Do you have canned cream of mushroom soup?  Open it and pour it - undiluted - over the fish, bake until done. The fish juices blend with the undiluted soup and create a gravy that goes very nicely over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.

I do not know if other cream soups would work well, since I've only used the mushroom soup. But they might do the job as well.

Just put them in an ovenproof dish [buttered] and add a small jar of marinara sauce over them, and maybe a few breadcrumbs, bake for 20 mins at 300f, serve with plain rice or grits?
