A little kids way - Is it an idiom? What it means?

"Frew up is a little kids way of saying to an adult that they just threw up."

    not really an idiom, it is pretty direct in meaning.  a child's (little kid's) way; how you might expect a child to say it.  Or more to the point, how you would NOT expect an adult to say it.  Adults usually have good control on their speech processes that kids are still learning.  frew is an enunciation error, a failure of the speaker to properly make the th sound.  In an adult, we would call that a speech impediment (a functional problem that makes the speaker unable to make the correct sound so the speaker has to substitute something close in sound).

    I've just answered your question where you asked what "frew up" meant. But this sentence actually TELLS you! It's the way that a little child tells an adult that they (the child) just threw up.

    I hope the original punctuation included an apostrophe in "kids".  It's a little kid's way of saying  = It's the way that a little kid would say ...
