The recipient developed, utilized, and organized responsibilities.

Monique - the regular past tense in English is, most of the time, made by putting a -d or a -ed on the end of the verb. (And the past tense never includes the word 'will' as a helping verb.) So : "The recipient developed, organized, and utilized responsibilities." I rearranged the verbs so that they make a little more logical sense. I think this is close to what you are trying to express. It is in the past tense, whatever it exactly means, because it's still a little unclear.Source(s): native AmE
